An FSSAI license can be renewed prior to its expiration and is good for a duration of one to five years. Any individual or organization in possession of a food license may apply for a renewal by completing an application and sending it no later than 30 days before to the license's expiration. The application and renewal processes are identical and call for the same paperwork.
